The camera on the intercom is only used to transmit a video feed when a visitor has rung the doorbell. The video feed is only streamed in real time to the user's app.
At Defigo, we do not have the ability to access or view the camera feed from an intercom, whether it is in use or not. We do not store any video feeds.
