Normally, you will receive an invitation as a part of the onboarding process when you either:
- Buy an apartment that has Defigo installed
- Start working in a company that uses Defigo as their access system
- Start renting an apartment that has a Defigo Intercom
If you should have access to a door with a Defigo Intercom, but haven't received a welcome e-mail from Defigo, please follow the steps below.
1. Contact your building administrator:
- Reach out to your building administrator to request access to our service.
2. Wait for approval:
- The building administrator will review your request and create your user.
3. Access granted:
- Once approved, you will receive an email welcoming you to the service. The email includes your username, a link to choose your own password, and links to download the Defigo Mobile App.
