- On iOS: Go to Settings > Notifications, find the Defigo app in the list, and make sure notifications are allowed.
- On Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Defigo v2 > Notifications, and ensure that notifications are enabled. Also make sure that permissions are set to allow Microphone and Telephone.
2. Verify Do Not Disturb or Focus Mode:
- Make sure your device is not in Do Not Disturb mode, as this can silence notifications, including calls from our app.
- On iOS: Swipe down to access Control Center and make sure that Do Not Disturb and Focus Mode is turned off.
- On Android: Swipe down to access Quick Settings and ensure Do Not Disturb is turned off.
3. Check App Permissions:
- Ensure that our app has the necessary permissions to send notifications and access your microphone.
- On iOS: Go to Settings > Defigo and make sure all necessary permissions are granted.
- On Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Defigo > Permissions and ensure notifications and microphone access are enabled.

- Ensure your device is connected to a stable internet connection. Notifications may not work properly if the connection is weak or intermittent.
- Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue persists.

- Make sure you are using the latest version of our app. Outdated versions may have bugs or issues that affect notifications.
- Visit the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to check for updates and install them if available.
6. Restart Your Device:
- Sometimes, a simple restart of your device can resolve temporary issues with notifications. Turn off your device, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
7. Reinstall the App:
- If the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This can resolve any corrupted files or settings that might be causing the issue.
