How to add a keyfob

Step by step

In order to register a keyfob, you need access to the app, as well as the doorbell.
Please go to the physical door you wish to add the keyfob to and bring:

• Your mobile phone with the Defigo app
• The keyfob you wish to register

When you are in position, please follow the steps below.

1. Open the app to choose the door you want to connect the keyfob to

• Open the Defigo app on your device
• Go to "Settings" in the bottom menu
• Click on "Access cards" under "Access control"
• Click on the plus sign in the top right corner
• Choose the entrance you want to add the keyfob to
• Click continue

2. Register the keyfob on the doorbell

• The Defigo app will now prompt you to "Follow the doorbell instructions"
• The doorbell will tell you to hold the keyfob against the WiFi-symbol at the bottom of the screen
• Once the doorbell has made the connection to the keyfob, you will get a confirmation, and the registration is complete

Please note that your building administrator can opt out of the possibility for tenants to add their own access cards. If you can't see the option to add an access card but still need an access card for your door, please contact your building administrator.
