1. Download the app.
- When your user-account has been created, you will receive a welcome e-mail from support@getdefigo.com.
- Click on the appropriate link in the email to download the app on your device, or simply follow one of these links: App Store or Google Play
- If you have lost your email you can search for "Defigo" in the Store-application on your phone. The v2-app is the correct one to download.
2. Open the app and log in.
- Choose your region, and enter your username and password. Your username is your e-mail address or phone number. You should have already chosen your own password through the link in the welcome e-mail.
- If you haven't received the welcome e-mail, please contact your building administrator.
- If you have forgotten your password, just click the "forgotten password"-link at the bottom of the login-page and follow the instructions.
3. Permissions:
- In order to assure that the application will work as intended, make sure to grant all of the permissions the app will request.
It will request to use the microphone when you answer your first call in the app.
