Using Defigo without a smartphone
If you don't have a smartphone and someone rings your doorbell, the system will call you like a regular phone call from the number: +1 617 843 6477 (US)
You can then talk to the person outside and open the door for them by pressing 5 on your phone. Add the number to your contact list so that you know what it's for when you receive a call from this number.
This is also a fallback-function if the app is failing. Since it will try the app first, it may take some time for the call to come through. Home Station
Defigo’s home station is a practical add-on for those who want a fixed unit in the office or apartment to answer visitor calls.
The home station can be mounted on the wall using the mounting kit included in the box, or placed on a table using a table stand (available for purchase).
It has been designed for all types of residents, regardless of age or technical experience. It has a large HD touchscreen, adjustable volume, speakers, microphone, and hearing aid support.

Access card/keyfob
You can register a keyfob that can be used on the intercom downstairs as an alternative to the app.
Please contact the building administration to get help registering a keyfob to your user account.
