Ensure that notifications for the Defigo app are enabled in your device's settings
On iOS: Go to Settings > Notifications, find the Defigo app in the list, and make sure notifications are allowed.
On Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Defigo v2 > Notifications, and ensure that notifications are enabled. Also make sure that permissions are set to allow Microphone and Telephone.
2. Verify Do Not Disturb or Focus Mode:
Make sure your device is not in Do Not Disturb mode, as this can silence notifications, including calls from our app.
On iOS: Swipe down to access Control Center and make sure that Do Not Disturb and Focus Mode is turned off.
On Android: Swipe down to access Quick Settings and ensure Do Not Disturb is turned off.
3. Check App Permissions:
Ensure that our app has the necessary permissions to send notifications and access your microphone.
On iOS: Go to Settings > Defigo and make sure all necessary permissions are granted.
On Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Defigo > Permissions and ensure notifications and microphone access are enabled.
4. Check your Internet Connectivity:
Ensure your device is connected to a stable internet connection. Notifications may not work properly if the connection is weak or intermittent.
Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue persists.
5. Update the App:
Make sure you are using the latest version of our app. Outdated versions may have bugs or issues that affect notifications.
Visit the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to check for updates and install them if available.
6. Restart Your Device:
Sometimes, a simple restart of your device can resolve temporary issues with notifications. Turn off your device, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
7. Reinstall the App:
If the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This can resolve any corrupted files or settings that might be causing the issue.
8. Contact Support:
If you have tried all the above steps and are still not receiving notifications, please contact our support team for further assistance. They can help you diagnose and resolve the issue.
