This is how you get started with your home station
In the packaging you will find a power chord, the home station, and a screw kit for on-wall installation.
1. Unboxing and installing
- Remove the Home Station and adaptor from the box
- The back plate is attached to the home station with 4 magnets. Remove the back plate from the home station
- Make sure that there is a strong WiFi-signal where you place the Home Station
- Secure the back plate to the wall if you are placing the home station on the wall. The home station can be used in portrait, or landscape mode
- Plug the adaptor into a power socket, and the USB-C end of the cable into the back of the home station
- Attach the home station to the back plate with the magnets on the back of the home station
2a. Getting started when the device is administered via the Building Manager
- The first screen on the device will allow you to select your language from the dropdown options. Choose the language you would like to use and press "Next"
- Select your WiFi from the options on the screen. Enter your WiFi password, then click "Next"
- Choose who will manage the home station - you or the Building Manager
- If your building manager is managing your device, press "Controlled by building admin" , then press next
- A 6 digit code will appear on the screen, give this code to the building manager (please note that the code may take some time to generate after the first startup)
- Once the building manager has registered the home station toward your unit in the administration portal, the door will be visible on your device
- Your building manager will decide which options you have available on your device, these are the options that may be available
- Set doorbell visibility
- Set screen brightness
- Adjust the volume for the device
- Change the name of the doorbell
- Set the ringtone
- Haptic cover mode
- When your building manager has set up the device for you, you will have access to your doors.
- On the main screen you can open the door, and access the settings chosen by the administrator.
2b. Getting started when the device is administered by you
- The first screen on the device will allow you to select your language from the dropdown options. Choose the language you would like to use and press "Next"
- Select your WiFi from the options on the screen. Enter your WiFi password, then click "Next"
- Choose who will manage the home station - you or the Building Manager
- If you will manage the device, yourself press "Controlled by tenant" , then press next
- You will now see the login-screen. Select your region and enter your username and password
- Use the same username and password as you have in the app. If you don't have an account yet, please follow these steps to create one
- If you have forgotten your password, just tap "Forgot your password?" and follow the steps to reset your password
- If you have access to several buildings, you first need to choose the building you want to set up the device for
3. Using the home station:
- You are now good to go with your home station
- If someone is calling you from the Intercom, the call will go through to your home station
- On the home screen you can open the doors you have access to by simply clicking the "Open door"-symbol
- You can hide the doorbell from the Intercom by clicking the eye-symbol "Hide/unhide doorbell"
- If the eye has a dash over it, it means that the doorbell is hidden. Simply make it visible again by tapping it
4. Settings
Tap the cogwheel in the upper-right corner to enter the settings menu.
From the settings menu you can:

Change volume
- Choose "Change volume" and move the dot up or down to increase/decrease the volume
- When you have set the desired volume, simply tap "My doors" in the upper-left corner to go back to the home screen

Change ringtone
- Tap "Change Ringtone and tap the ringtone you want to listen to/change to
- When you have chosen the ringtone you want, simply tap "My doors" in the upper-left corner to go back to the home screen

Wifi
- If you want to see/change the WiFi-network you are connected to, tap "WiFi"
- Tap the network you want to connect to
- Enter your password
- Tap "Next" in the upper-right corner
- When you are connected, the WiFi-symbol will turn blue and the text "Connected" will appear behind it
- Tap "Back" to go back to the settings menu
- Tap "My doors" to go back to the home screen

Change Language
- Tap "Change Language" to change the display language of the device
- Tap the language you want to use
- Tap "My doors" to go back to the home screen

Get Help
- Tap "Get Help" to submit a query to our support team
- Choose how you want to receive your reply (Email or Phone)
- Describe your query
- Tap "Send"
- A query has now been submitted to our support team, and you will be contacted via your registered e-mail or phone number promptly
- Tap "My doors" to go back to the home screen

Haptic cover mode
- Tap "Haptic cover" in order to use your home device with a Haptic Cover
- Tap the toggle to the right to switch to Haptic Cover mode
- Confirm by pressing "Yes"
- You will automatically be redirected to the home screen

Log Out
- If you want to log out from your device, simply tap "Log Out" in the top-right corner
- Confirm by pressing "Yes, I'm sure"
- You will then be redirected back to the Welcome"-screen for the Home Station
